YOUNG CHANGEMAKERS: A SPACE TO BE ME_ Today, we celebrate the remarkable journey of the Young Changemakers Programme! Since 2021, this incredible initiative— a collaboration between UK Youth, Centre for Mental Health, and The Diana Award, and funded by players of the People's Postcode Lottery —has been a platform for young Black and Black mixed-race changemakers to address racial inequalities in mental health services. 💭 This illustration captures the hopes and visions these young people have for the future of Black mental health in the UK. Their passion and dedication have been nothing short of inspiring. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported this journey and made the past few years a success! 🎨 Art by eight.ears: https://loom.ly/6ftTJA4
