‘Value for Users, Tech for Good’ is more than our mission —it’s our commitment to driving positive change. Video games hold the power to shape culture and behaviour, but to achieve this, they must be accessible to everyone. Accessibility is a vital part of our journey as an industry. Yesterday, we were privileged to host #RaiseTheGame’s ‘Access November: UK Game Accessibility Symposium 2024,’ powered by Ukie. Representatives from industry, academia and charity explored the benefits of accessibility initiatives and addressed the barriers they face. Despite their diverse environments, one clear message emerged: collaboration across sectors is essential to shaping an accessible future for the video games industry. Big thank you to our keynote speakers, panellists and everyone who attended.
