About us

Techbikers is a non-profit bringing together entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and techies around long distance cycling challenges to raise funding for children literacy in the developing world, in partnership with Room to Read. Founded in 2012 by Eze Vidra, Techbikers raised over £305,000 which has sponsored 6 schools, 12 libraries, 300 scholarships for girls, teacher education programmes and books in the local languages in Asia and Africa (Nepal, Cambodia, Bangladesh, India, Vietnam and Tanzania). The Techbikers community now has over 400 members from the European startup ecosystem.
