Throwback time…at just 20 years old, while still studying at university, Laura launched Ziggy Chews, a destination dog boutique that was far from your typical pet shop 🐩 . It quickly became a must visit spot for dog lovers, with customers travelling from as far as Manchester and Scotland 🏴 . What started as a boutique soon grew into a thriving community of passionate dog owners, drawn not just by the unique, high quality products, it thrived on the personal connections that were built. Recognising the potential of online marketing early on, Laura leveraged Facebook business pages when they were still an emerging tool. She used these pages to showcase the latest products that had just landed in store, keeping customers excited and engaged, often selling out of products the day she posted them 💻 . One of the most effective strategies was encouraging customers to send in photos of their dogs wearing Ziggy Chews products. These user generated images created a real buzz and helped create a sense of #community, making customers feel part of something special. This experience set her up for the 14+ years in #business since. It taught her the importance of spotting trends before they hit the mainstream, understanding the power of building a community, and utilising new platforms to connect with an audience in an authentic way. By leading when others weren’t yet following, Laura positioned herself as someone who doesn’t just play it safe monkey 🙈 , she stays ahead of the curve. CLIENT CASE STUDY: ASD - Aesthetics Practice 💉 👃 THE CHALLENGE 🧠 ASD operates two distinct arms, a cosmetic surgery practice and a CPD-registered training academy for professionals in the field of #cosmeticsurgery. While both had strong offerings, they were operating well below their potential, particularly the training academy, which needed a new approach to drive consistent sales and automate client acquisition. OUR APPROACH 💡 We started by evaluating both sides of the business: The Cosmetic Surgery Practice was underutilised, running at only 25% capacity. We saw opportunities to attract more clients through strategic #digitalmarketing campaigns and a robust referral programme. The Training Academy had untapped scalability. By creating automated #salesfunnels and leveraging digital ads, we aimed to enroll more professionals in their certified CPD courses, driving both revenue and efficiency. THE RESULTS 💸 Through a combination of digital marketing, audience targeting, and automation, we achieved significant growth for both arms of ASD: Surgical Practice - Increased capacity from 25% to 80%, with 60% of new clients coming from online campaigns and 40% from referrals. Training Academy - Automated the entire enrollment process, generating 8-10 course sales per day (AOV £275) and creating a steady stream of predictable revenue with minimal manual effort. HOW WE DID IT 🤫 - We ran targeted social media and Google ads, drawing in clients for both the surgery and the academy. - Implemented a seamless automated sales funnel for the training academy, handling everything from enquiries to sign ups and payments. - Used data led strategies to optimise campaigns, ensuring that we reached the right audience at the right time. OUTCOME 😍 ASD is now running at near full capacity, with both divisions consistently bringing in revenue.
