It was an honour to have Tareq Nazlawy step into the writer's chair while I take a vacation. He is someone I’ve gotten to know incredibly well over the last 2 years and featured in Season 1 of the Sporting Crypto Podcast. He has been an incredible ‘node’ in the Sporting Crypto network and I’ve enjoyed sparring with him immensely. Tareq has an incredible resume, starting as a BCG consultant before spending over a decade at Adidas — culminating in directing the apparel giant’s first ventures into Web3. Since leaving Adidas in mid-2022, Tareq launched and has since shuttered a Web3 agency called ScienceMagic Studios.
