Delighted to announce that Nicki Boyd and I have launched Sphera Partners, a growth equity firm focussed on accelerating the growth of women's sport. And only a few weeks out from #Paris2024 and what will be the first Olympics with an equal number of female and male athletes! We’re incredibly excited to be taking this step which has been a long time in the making and to be pioneering the investment and operating model we strongly believe the market needs. It's been a journey getting here, but something both of us have been invested in our entire lives - personally and professionally. Most of all, we want to make a difference.
