We started with a festive photoshoot, then unleashed our inner artists by painting portraits of each other, with absolutely hilarious results! 🎨 The night ended on a high note with a feast of East-Asian plant-based delights at Bonsai. Let’s just say our eyes were bigger than our stomachs, but every bite was worth it. What a fantastic way to wrap up the year! 🎊 P.S. Thinking of commissioning a custom portrait? We loved it too! ✨ Toupret UK are one of our longest standing clients and the absolute best people to work with. We're incredibly proud of what we do together and it's thanks to their willingness to try new things and be extra creative that we were able to become finalists. When we're busy, BTS shots take a back seat! 🫠 That was definitely the case in November, when work ramped up a notch or two and we forgot to film much! (Sorry)... Here's some of what we got up to: 🎹 We continued to support Brighton Philharmonic Orchestra and were lucky enough to catch their brilliant performance in the Corn Exchange. 👨🏻🏫 James was on a panel about the #4DayWeek, and delivered training for Brighton Chamber on making the most of a small social media budget. 🎥 We were with MOREVER for a shoot with Centrepoint (check out James’s stellar interview face!), and have been busy creating content for a 2025 campaign. 🫶 We were invited back to support one of our first ever clients with revamping their social media after a few years apart. ✨️ The team were busy supporting Royal College of Occupational Therapists with #OTWeek24, One Acre Fund with #COP29, and planning end of year reviews. And, of course, we worked out what racoon we all were!

Australia has banned under 16s from using social media! 😬 It will not take effect for about 12 months, and messaging, gaming, and platforms that don't require an account (such as YouTube) will not be affected. But how will it impact marketers and advertisers? It's bound to affect businesses that want to reach younger audiences, and I think it could impact charities that serve younger people the most. Social media can be their main outreach and engagement tool. This law is a world-first and the strictest we've seen, so it's anyone's guess how it will change the digital landscape or even how it will be effectively 'policed' but I'm interested to see where it goes. What do you think? I'd love to hear more views on this, especially from those working with or wanting to engage younger audiences.
