Office design is evolving, and it's not just about desks and meeting rooms anymore. 'Today’s employees want a workplace that seamlessly integrates into their lives, one that reduces everyday friction and offers a range of benefits beyond the paycheck,' Dan Drogman, CEO of Smart Spaces®, tells Forbes Technology Council. Hybrid is here to stay - “there’s only 25% of companies, overall, seeking RTO five days per week, and the remaining 75% are involved in various forms of hybrid or hybrid/remote and my forecast is that hybrid will endure” says JLL's Peter Miscovich. Culture. It's the largest driving force for sustained change in today's era of bitesize virality. One facet, office culture, that was lost over the last 4 years is beginning to see a resurgence. But can it be mandated, or will that lead to an even bigger vacuum from where things were before work-from-home became a staple? From our experience, it's the workplaces investing in technology that supports cultivation of a real, authentic community reflecting the values that today's workforce wears on their sleeve.
