We have advised the Ministry of Defence (MOD) on the resolution of the landmark litigation and reacquisition of Armed Forces housing. The deal brings the Armed Forces housing estate back into public ownership, with the MOD re-acquiring c36,000 houses, and settles the public and private law disputes with Annington Homes. We worked closely with MOD Legal Advisers and Forsters LLP on the legal proceedings and settlement discussions.
