About us

Every business has a community—clients, members, or service users and I don’t think it’s much of a secret that the businesses that build a community are the ones succeeding in 2024! But building and managing this community can be tough or costly, especially when you're doing it alone, or using free tools. That’s why we created our community software. To solve the constant and growing challenges of low engagement, retaining members, juggling multiple management tools, etc, all within an affordable and scalable package. Based on our own experiences and difficulties, our platform is designed to streamline tasks, boost engagement, and help you effortlessly manage and grow your organization, leading to that all-important growth and revenue increase. I am always happy to explore how your community works and how our services can support that.

  • Six Circles is all about Building Communities, having built several of our own! But making it easier and more affordable, was our goal from the outset. James has combined some of the quotes that are being handed out to replicate the Six Circles Membership Software and the lengths you and your team will have to go to just to build what we could hand over tomorrow, for a fraction of the cost. Even large businesses would have second thoughts on going bespoke when you see these figures.

    As the lead salesperson at Six Circles, the most common reason organisations hesitate is that they believe they can build it themselves. and so did at least 25 of Six Circles clients and yes, they absolutely could........ until they saw the quotes! So I thought I'd put a post together to share a summary of the quotes they received to replicate the power of our software: Initial Outlay: Ranging from £150,000 to £236,000+ Development: Developers, Designers, and Project Managers. Server Infrastructure: To host the platform, you’ll need robust servers, possibly cloud-based, and considering a preference for UK-based servers. Software Licenses: Depending on the technologies used (e.g., for the PWA framework, database systems, CMS for content management, etc.), there will be ongoing licensing fees. Security Setup: Ensuring safe payment and data storage will require investment in security measures, possibly including SSL certificates, encryption software, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR). Branding and Design: Creating a fully branded experience involves design work, potentially including logo creation, UI/UX design, and branding elements across the platform. Payment Gateway Integration: Costs associated with integrating a payment gateway for membership payments and possibly store transactions. Testing and Quality Assurance: Budget for testing the platform thoroughly to ensure functionality and security. Outsourcing this to a development team can streamline many of these, however the costs for this can skyrocket!
