Banter is the future of Social VR. Over the last year, we've been working to create the best Social VR app possible—and Banter has now entered a new era of awesome. There are more community-led social events than ever. More minigames, each more addictive and hilarious than the last. More worlds to explore with your friends—all crafted by our amazing community. And we've upgraded the whole experience with perhaps the most advanced physics seen in a Social VR app (largely thanks to the legendary Nimso Studios!). We've also packed our website with all the tools and know-how needed to start building new worlds and creating custom avatars—because we believe that user-generated content is the future of VR. 2024's XR Awards show was a blast! Now in its 8th year, the AIXR XR Awards celebrate the incredible success stories from across the industry—and the talented folks who make them happen. It's basically the XR Oscars, so it's kinda a big deal! XR is growing all the time—and at an incredible pace—so it was fantastic to tune in and cheer on the biggest-ever selection of award winners, nominees, and their amazing creations. SideQuest CEO, Shane Harris even presented an award, so, naturally, we cheered him on too!
