Skills and Training Expert PR and communication training to help your team upskill, prepare and deliver. From table top exercises to put your plans to the test, to crisis communication and media training, so you know how to communicate effectively when you're in the spotlight. The very early start to get to the Bee House in Oxfordshire yesterday was worth it thanks to the great team at Ashdown Phillips who joined me in The Crisis Room. It’s always good to work with a company that invests in its people, brings teams together and takes crisis preparedness seriously. There were lots of learning points from each of the four mini scenarios and seeing the teams work so well together was fantastic. What a fantastic morning we had Grimm & Co yesterday. We hired out one of their magical rooms for our company away day as we wanted to be in a creative space to help us with our business planning session. Where better than a literary charity, an Emporium of Stories, no less, to talk about PR Agency life and to inspire our thinking. We were extremely well looked after and we got to enjoy lunch in the amazing Feastery.
