Here at SELECT TALENT we pride ourselves on offering a different approach and alternative recruitment solutions. We come from In-house recruitment backgrounds, so that means we think, behave and operate differently to ‘traditional’ recruitment agencies. Operating across a range of sectors to include; Rail, Transport, Infrastructure, Manufacturing and Utilities. We recruit across all job families from Engineering, Project Management through to support functions such as HR, Sales & Marketing and Procurement. We support a range of businesses with a technology and data focus supplying in Infrastructure, Construction and Energy (amongst many others). Our approach to attracting and securing talent for our clients is based on an embedded recruiter model. These are; Recruiter on Demand and a range of Resourcing as Service (RaaS) options to include RaaS Light for one off / niche hires, Full RaaS support for intense period of hiring and RaaS Ultra to solve your annual recruitment needs. Candidates As you will have read we operate differently to recruitment agencies. We are a talent solutions provider to businesses across a range of sectors. We are often approached and recommended to / by candidates & as a result we’ll always reply and register your CV. Our great strength is through the recruitment process, we are passionate about inclusive hiring and promote that across all of our client partners.
