SalesEASE - we enable, engage, and activate to EMPOWER sales so they can navigate their world, have great sales conversations, and unlock hidden value. We know that salespeople are bombarded with content, collateral and the all important ‘must-dos’ from other areas of the business. And according to IDC research, they are only spending around a third of their time actually selling. That's where SalesEASE comes in. We're bringing everything together to provide sales with the content, context and guidance they need to have successful conversations with their customers. We make it easy for sales explorers to understand their business, the world of their customers, and sell!

    Our mantra since day dot! What version do you adopt?

    Which way round Enable, Engage, Activate Engage, Enable, Activate Version I means as marketing or sales enablement everything is put in place before you engage with your audience - internal and external. The classic approach. Version 2 is all about understanding and bringing your 'customer' into the project early on - seen, heard and emotionally bought in from the start. And letting their needs have an influence on design, content creation and delivery. It could even be Engage, Enable, Engage, Activate (version 3) This has been the ongoing conversation in my head since I started writing my book (yes still in draft) and as i have done my research, talked to more and more people around the engagement piece, the importance of emotional buy-in on results is highlighted again and again. I am leaning towards version 2 and maybe even version 3 and restructuring the book ....     Some of our most HAUNTING challenges can be overcome when you have the right tools, content, and support — no TRICKS, just TREATS. But too many tools are starting to SPOOK sales people who are on average accessing around 19 tools to do their job!     I saw this on my instagram feed and had to share. In the work we do around playbooks and opportunity spotting, we say ‘look out for the triggers’. Triggers Those words or phrases that you watch out for that are connectors into the next part of a conversation thread. Triggers to Glimmers I think we’re going to replace with glimmers….’look out for the glimmers’. Glimmer It seems so much more positive than trigger and sits well with ‘opportunity’, which is another positive, hopeful word. A positive chink of light. The potential of more good things if you focus on it, explore it and cultivate it. Activation = Habit And the whole post reflects the impact of repeatedly doing something. The something we call ‘activation’. And in our world that means working with our customers to help grow their selling muscle memory so they can really focus on the conversation, not trying to remember their ‘pitch’.
