Which way round Enable, Engage, Activate Engage, Enable, Activate Version I means as marketing or sales enablement everything is put in place before you engage with your audience - internal and external. The classic approach. Version 2 is all about understanding and bringing your 'customer' into the project early on - seen, heard and emotionally bought in from the start. And letting their needs have an influence on design, content creation and delivery. It could even be Engage, Enable, Engage, Activate (version 3) This has been the ongoing conversation in my head since I started writing my book (yes still in draft) and as i have done my research, talked to more and more people around the engagement piece, the importance of emotional buy-in on results is highlighted again and again. I am leaning towards version 2 and maybe even version 3 and restructuring the book ....
