Last night our firm celebrated our 200th year in business at St. Mary's Church in Nottingham! 🎉 Thanks to everyone who came along, and a big thanks to the organisers and helpers. We raised lots of funds for Nottingham Relief in Need, and had a great time in the process! There’s lots more to come – both from the event and throughout our 200th year - but right now, here’s a clip of the fabulous Rock Choir singing their hearts out. 🎶

Sarah from our Market Harborough branch comments on today's Family Law news.
Disputes over children are some of the most difficult matters we family lawyers deal with. This article on the BBC today highlights that these cases often involve serious issues such as domestic abuse or allegations that one parent's behaviour is alienating the children from the other parent. These issues are complex and serious. This is where good legal advice comes into it's own. Parents battling these issues alone must find the legal system daunting. It is important to remember that the children are at the centre of these cases and what is in their best interests is the court's paramount consideration. If you what to discuss any of these issues please get in touch - message me or call on 01455 639908 #MarketHarboroughfamilysolicitor #childcontactdispute #parentalalienation #alienatingbehaviours #domesticabuse

🎄 We’re delighted to announce that we're supporting Treetops Hospice's 2025 Christmas Tree Recycling Initiative! 🎄 This amazing community effort sees dedicated volunteers from local businesses collecting used Christmas trees straight from driveways and delivering them to recycling points, courtesy of Ward Recycling. In return, homeowners donate cash to support the incredible work of Treetops Hospice in Risley, helping them provide vital care and support to those who need it most. As a firm that operates in Derby, we're proud to be part of such a sustainable and community-focused initiative that helps raise money for such a vital local organisation. https://lnkd.in/e53UJDpe #Treecycling #Sustainability #CommunitySupport #Derby
