Bike mechanic Brad did a fantastic job demonstrating techniques and guiding participants through the session, answering questions along the way to ensure everyone left feeling confident and inspired. Building a Stronger Community, One Ride at a Time 🚴♀️✨ This past Saturday, LUCA hosted another incredible women's rideout, and the turnout was amazing—over 20 women joined us! 🌟 We were especially proud to welcome two beginners who, despite feeling nervous beforehand, finished the ride empowered and excited to come back for more. 💪 This is what it's all about—creating a space where everyone feels included and supported. We did two relaxed laps around Richmond Park, focusing on connection rather than competition.
