About us

Regal is one of the capital’s leading privately owned mixed-use developers with a focus on unlocking value from complex urban settings. With a legacy of over 25 years of success, Regal continues to shape vibrant places that reflect the diversity of our capital city. Regal builds long-term partnerships with like-minded parties, including landowners, councils and financial partners, to maximize their collective ambitions. Regal’s brand portfolio includes five sub-brands: ‘Regal London’, comprising the residential assets; ‘Regal Students’, the business’s Purpose Built Student Accommodation portfolio; and ‘Regal Workspace’ its office portfolio. The developer’s in-house construction arm is ‘Regal Construction’, and ‘Regal Academies’ includes onsite construction skills academies. Unlike many other developers, Regal is a fully integrated business operating across the entire lifecycle of the asset, which means that it puts the customer at the centre of everything it does. Regal strives for progress towards net zero and invests in innovative technologies to reduce its carbon footprint. Regal works with partners and collaborators to create positive social value, and in keeping with its own entrepreneurial spirit, particularly works with groups providing support for young people and those wanting to further their own careers.

We have submitted our planning application for the redevelopment of Lodge Lane car park - the first piece of the puzzle in North Finchley town centre. The proposal includes 98 sustainable apartments (with wheelchair-accessible homes); 30,500 sqft of commercial space including a restaurant, cinema, bowling alley; a new public square with green spaces and biodiversity-focused landscaping. All with sustainability at the core with rooftop solar panels, energy-efficient systems, and BREEAM Excellent-rated commercial spaces.   The first part of the North Finchley masterplan, we have worked hard with our partners Joseph Partners and collaborated with Barnet Council to listen to and learn from the local community. 🎥 24 Hours of Fulton & Fifth 🎥 Using PCE’s innovative HybriDfMA hyTower® system brings added value across structural delivery. 🏗️   With up to 500 tonnes of offsite engineered hybrid components delivered and installed daily, this fast-build approach, paired with structural weatherproofing as it’s assembled, ensures safer and quicker access for follow-on trades to start fit-out sooner, accelerating the construction process. All of this is achieved with sustainability at the forefront: 🌱 15,000m² exposed corridor space saving 75 tonnes of embodied carbon 🌱 Embodied carbon at 239kgCO2e/m², exceeding LETI 2020 targets 🌱 32% carbon reduction vs traditional methods   With 3 of 5 tower blocks structurally complete, this progress reflects the strong collaboration between PCE, Regal, and our dedicated team led by Jordan Shaw, Senior Project Manager at PCE, and Daniel Frett, Project Lead at Regal, plus the wider team. https://lnkd.in/ePrjWHt4 #DfMA #Offsite #Construction #London #Build #Sustainability #Collaboration #Innovation

At Regal, we understand that a home is more than just the space inside—it’s also about the community, culture, and local highlights that make a neighborhood thrive. That's why we're launching The Local Lens, a series designed to help our residents discover the best spots around our developments.   Our first feature takes you to the vibrant and evolving Wembley area. To celebrate Diwali, we’re excited to introduce Michelin-star chef Atul Kochhar. With Masalchi, his first casual dining venture, Atul brings his passion for Wembley’s rich culinary and cultural scene. In this episode, Atul talks about why he chose Wembley for his restaurant, how he’s seen the area grow, and where he’d invest in property for his adult children (spoiler: it’s Wembley!). Whether you’re a food enthusiast or looking to move, his insights are sure to inspire. Watch the full interview in the video below.
