Recruitment Founders Club turns one soon. It started with two mates seeking community for their respective small businesses. It turned into a vision to disrupt a greedy and broken VC recruitment market. A little after our forthcoming 1st birthday RFC will be a portfolio of 10 companies. Just typing that is crazy. Introducing Greg. Another awesome gent. He's also one of our co-founding trio. Like many, Greg joined the recruitment industry straight from University and joined SThree Plc. Having been awarded top perm Rookie and Biller in the Regions, Greg moved into Executive search after 3 years and 9 years later was Co-Owner and Managing Director of a successful multi 7 figure turnover firm. Greg founded Day-2 to continue his activity supporting FTSE100 and mega infrastructure/energy projects whilst also enabling him more free time to be Dad to his 3 children. Greg has been a Board Director of not-for-profit organisations and is currently a Board Adviser to Green Lithium. He also co-founded Recruitment Founders Club. Outside of work Greg is a keen golfer, Aston Villa supporter and grass roots football coach. And he can help you with your marketing. And we lived happily ever after. The end. This is Lindsay. He's a top bloke. And knows his way around the world of recruitment. He is one of our founders, and also a co-founder of Recruitment Founders Club - which is flying. Originally an Engineer, he pivoted into direct sales, then media sales, before eventually finding his way into recruitment in 2003. After a very successful career with the Sthree group, he has quickly established a reputation of being one of the leading recruiters within Neuromodulation, as well as becoming a board advisor to several US based Neuromodulation start-ups. Pretty cool, right? So, what does this mean to you? Not much really on the face of things. But when it comes to marketing in the recruitment space he knows what works - and what doesn't.
