✨ Taking a Moment to Pause, let go and Reflect ✨ Today at #MondayConnect, we wrapped up 2024 with a gentle review of the year just gone. 💡 What went well? 💡 What didn’t go as planned, and what did we learn from it? 💡 What brought us joy, and what challenged us? We explored not only our businesses, but also our personal lives and even the impact of the broader world situation. For me, this year has been one of contrasts. Early in the year, I experienced the loss of a dear friend to cancer. Stepping in to arrange their funeral, dealing with unexpected challenges and difficult emotions. Yet, alongside that, 2024 also brought profound connection. Joining The Weave Community felt like finding my tribe—a place that reignited my enthusiasm for meaningful collaborations and projects. Thank you for the support of James Cracknell MSc SysPrac (Open), Adam Roxby, Wiki Strozik and Aruoriwo Catherine Damisa, ACA as well as the wonderful ReCreaX team! Through our #Sophrology practice today, we paused to let go of accumulated tensions. We reconnected with our bodies, our breath, and our inner landscape. We invited a word, an intention, or a feeling that might guide your orientation for the new year. With no pressure, simply with curiosity to experience whatever arose. We finished with a symbolic virtual walk, setting the pace we would like to carry into 2025—a pace that feels right for each of us. 💭 How are you closing out your year? Another milestone reached 💃💃💃 A good way to end the year is when you know you were able to achieve some of your goals even if not all in the year, I celebrate every little achievement in my career path and I'm so excited about this particular one. Embarking on this project with Recreax was an exciting one for me because I knew I would gain new experience, get to collaborate with new team members, improve both my technical and non technical skills. It was quite challenging along the way but as God will have it, I pulled through 💃💃 Alte web-app development project is a digital consulting agency that specializes in a range of services including website and software development, mobile app dev, product discovery, product design...etc The major objective was to highlight services, attract clients, drive conversions, sign up, and manage freelancers. Target audience are small to medium-sized Enterprise(SMEs), Startups, Entrepreneurs , Industry Professionals , Corporations, tech freelancers and job seekers The problem it was meant to solve was to effectively showcase Alte’s diverse services, making it easy for potential clients to book product discovery sessions, and request quotes. It would allow the company to onboard and manage freelancers easily The end product success appears this way at the end of the day: 📍Clean, Modern and visually appealing design that reflects Alte’s brand Identity, Consistent use of color palette, typography and visual element that align with Alte’s branding guidelines. 📍Easy- to-use navigation menu that allows users to find information quickly and easily and Clear calls-to-action that guide users toward key actions. 📍Fully responsive design that works seamlessly across all screen sizes and fast loading times and optimized performance. 📍Detailed and engaging content about each service offered by Alte with high-quality images, infographics to support the text . 📍Well-optimized for search engines with relevant keywords and alt tags to improve organic search rankings. 📍Clear and consistent messaging that conveys Alte’s mission and values and USP. The website will be live this coming year, watch out for it.
