To create a better world for pets and the people who love them.
About us
Established by Pets at Home in 2006, Pets at Home Foundation is a registered charity. We believe that every pet deserves a loving forever home therefore over the years we are proud to have worked alongside rescue and rehoming organisations across the country who strive to help pets in need find their forever loving homes. This year we have broadened our objectives which now allows us to support charities who work alongside pets and the people who love them. We will strive to work alongside likeminded partners to support those people who benefit either through the addition of a pet or through time spent with them. We are passionate about helping pets and people and our work is only made possible by the incredible fundraising of Pets at Home colleagues and the generosity of pet lovers who believe in our mission, so thank you!

When tiny Cato arrived at Appledown Rescue and Rehoming Kennels, his life hung in the balance. Struggling to breathe and barely able to stand, he was a heartbreaking sight. With each passing day, it seemed as though his little body was giving up. But Cato was a fighter, defying all odds. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters through the Santa Paws appeal 2023, Appledown were able to provide the specialised care that Cato needed. Today, Cato is a happy and thriving pooch. He loves meeting new people and spending his days exploring his surroundings. Your donations during our Santa Paws appeal make a real difference in the lives of animals like Cato. Thank you for your continued support.

Our colleagues and customers are getting behind our Santa Paws appeal across the UK. Check out these absolute cuties, who attended a photoshoot inside Pets at Home's Grimsby Pet Care Centre to raise money for our Santa Paws Appeal. It was so hard to pick just one favourite...so the team picked 3! Up first is Buddy, the Australian Shepard, who belongs to Chloe. Buddy loves going to doggy day care and his favourite thing to do is making new friends. We'll be your friend, Buddy! Next is Audrey who is a Labrador cross Alsatian. Owners Dan and Tom said that her favourite treat is chicken nuggets, and she enjoys long days at the allotment. Same, Audrey. Last but absolutely not least, we have Marnie, the Aussie Doodle, who lives with Kieran and Jess. Marnie can understand German! Fantastisch! "Even with the weather not on our side, we still raised £404 on Saturday. We are immensely proud of this. We want to thank all our customers for the amazing support throughout Santa Paws. Their generosity never ceases to amaze us. We have so much fun on the way all while doing something truly special for our communities, pets, and people who love them." - Hannah, Grimsby manager.

Our Santa Paws Appeal helps cats like Isaac, who came to Brysons Animal Shelter in the winter of 2023. After some time on the streets, he was in a bit of a state and needed dental care and antibiotics as he was in pain with his teeth. The money raised during the appeal allowed the rescue to cover Isaacs’s vet fees and ensure he got everything he needed before he went to his forever home. You can help make a difference to pets and the people who love them this Christmas by donating in Pets at Home stores or online here ⬇️ https://lnkd.in/eNMeWFmF
