Petchey Holdings Ltd is a privately owned property company, founded by Sir Jack Petchey CBE, based in London’s Docklands. We currently manage a commercial portfolio which includes over 4 million sq. ft. of industrial properties together with a large Central London Residential portfolio comprising over 350 flats, predominantly within prime West London locations around Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster. Whilst Petchey is predominantly an active asset manager it also has a number of joint venture development projects working with a range of JV partners including developers and architects to deliver multiple housing/ apartment developments and mixed use schemes. Petchey Holdings Ltd is currently focused on the expansion of it’s industrial portfolio purchasing investments within London and the South East with recent acquisitions in London, Surrey, Essex, Kent and Sussex. The Group has acquired over 60 new properties in recent years and is currently very active within this market. Sir Jack Petchey CBE established the Jack Petchey Foundation, a separate registered charity, which donates over £9m a year to good causes for young people throughout London and Essex.

  • Petchey are pleased to complete two lettings on Emir House and Unit 2, Emir Industrial Estate to CK Rail, a specialist rail business in the rail, civil engineering and construction industry. CK Rail specialises in rail maintenance, rail repair, and rail infrastructure services across the UK – including design consultancy, railway electrification, civil works and plant services. Their work plays an important role in supporting the transport of people and goods, contributing to the stability and growth of the rail sector. Since acquiring the site in November 2022, we’ve invested significantly in refurbishing this estate both internally and externally. Securing two leases with CK Rail underscores the increasing demand for high-quality industrial spaces, and we look forward to building a lasting Landlord and Tenant relationship.   • We are pleased with progress on our redevelopment of Emir Business Park, Ashford following our acquisition of the site and the neighbouring office block offering marriage value, Briscall House.   The redevelopment includes reconfiguring and splitting the units, re-cladding, re-roofing, new WCs, new doors/roller shutters, redecorations, groundwork repairs, new services and new access gates, etc.   The scheme comprises of 10 industrial units ranging from 2,000 – 7,000 sq. ft. as well as the ancillary road-facing 2 storey office block known as Emir House.   • Pleased to complete our new letting of 13 Moorside to Furniture Outlet who we are delighted to see have now commenced trading from the unit following new fit-out.
