    Mixed feelings about the budget announcement today. Whilst it's important that the wages of the lowest paid rise in response to ongoing inflationary pressures, the increases to Employer NI contributions on top of these rising salaries will likely place a worrying burden on many organisations. My feed lately has been populated with announcements of charities closing due to low funding and rising costs and these changes will likely add to stresses of many.   • Integrity and fairness are highly valued in the workplace, however in a survey of 3000 UK employees conducted by LumApps, only 25% of workers feel as if they can trust their leadership fully.
