Opened in September 2019, P&J Live is the North East of Scotland’s brand news state of the art events venue comprising 48,000 square metres of multi-purpose event space, boasting a world-class arena, conference facilities, exhibition halls and turnkey meeting rooms. Located at The Event Complex Aberdeen (TECA) which is also home to two on site hotels including the adjoining 4-star Hilton with 200 bedrooms and, the Aloft Hotel with 150 bedrooms with a further 2,200 rooms within a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk from the venue. With unrivalled public transport connections, P&J Live is located right next to Aberdeen International Airport - the UK's most connected regional airport, a few short minutes from the city's new western peripheral route, and in prime position for rail links between Aberdeen and the North of Scotland. A short 15 minute drive or bus journey from the event complex will find you in the heart of Aberdeen’s city centre. Delegates and organisers will be met with a refreshing mix of cafes, restaurants and hotels, that all add to the city's vibrant and cosmopolitan appeal. 🌟 November has been a whirlwind, and we're thrilled to have played a key role in the success of Rogue Invitational and TEXO Scottish Masters 2024! 🌟 These live broadcast sporting events have truly showcased the versatility and cutting-edge capabilities of our venue. With minimal cabling required, our team was able to deliver seamless connectivity across the entire site, ensuring everything ran smoothly for the outside broadcasters. A huge shoutout to our incredible AV/IT teams who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to bring the producer's vision to life. Thanks to our world-class infrastructure, we were able to place cameras anywhere in our multi-space venue, all powered by our robust fibre optic network. Dave Glennie, Manging Director of HiSat, who was outside broadcast lead for both events, had this to say, "Thank you to all the crew at P&J Live for the excellent support you provided! But more importantly, for the great attitude everyone had. It was never too much hassle, and always met with a friendly, light-hearted approach, with reassurance that everything would be fine.
