National Youth Work Week 2024 was jam-packed full of great learning. Starting with our webinar and ending with a spotlight on Youth Voice, we got to hear from people in the Children and Young People's Forum. Tayub from Viva Doorsteps shared what he has learned from being in the forum and being connected closer with Oxfordshire Youth. #12SleepsTillChristmas #YouthWorkChangesLives #OxfordshireYouth

What a great year we have had on the Arc Oxford Campus! We want to especially thank you for supporting us with our present drive to get presents for our wrapping and celebration event. This evening brought together our partners, supporters, and friends to wrap presents that will be given to young people in our YPSA this festive season.

We are proud to support The Gold from the Stone Foundation as they prepare for their Christmas Dinners for Care Leavers. They believe that money can be used for more than just material objects and adding more stuff to our houses. For the last eleven years, they have been funding Christmas Dinners for care leavers across the UK so that local communities can provide a special Christmas for those who would otherwise be alone. Founded by care leaver, poet, and broadcaster Lemn Sissay Foundation supporting the Christmas Dinners, their foundation has helped to fund over 132 Christmas Dinners since 2013. Let's help them continue this incredible work!

Working at Oxfordshire Youth has provided opportunities for staff to engage in further education and training. As well as being a thriving and compassionate community, the opportunity to learn Level 2 and 3 Youth Work Practice and gain Oxford University-supported apprenticeships in other areas has allowed us to prioritise our commitment to prioritise reflection, learning, and growth. Why not make your New Year's resolution to come and work with us? https://ow.ly/mP3R50UpOzv
