OpenContact provide customer contact support for a variety of companies and industries, based all over the UK. We expertly manage customer encounters on behalf of our clients. The services we provide allow them to differentiate on their sales, improve their performance metrics and maximise their profitability. Our capabilities are first-class. We handle customer contacts seamlessly through a number of different channels, including telephone, email, webchat and mail. Our systems are extensive and our operations are scalable; we will always endeavour to provide you with a bespoke customer contact solution. We have plenty of experience using client-based systems and can easily integrate these into our own contact centre environment. Our staff are second to none. OpenContact agents are highly trained across a number of different clients, and are regularly monitored through call listening, monthly one to ones and formal appraisals. We currently have one of the lowest staff turnover rates in our industry – just 10% in an industry where 22% is the average.   • This week we are celebrating our fabulous Contact Centre Manager Daniel Doherty, who is an OC superstar! 🤩 Dan has completed 10 years at OpenContact this month, and what a decade it has been for him and us! Dan started as a Contact Centre Agent, before moving in to the role of Floor Supervisor and then Team Manager, and most recently becoming our Contact Centre Manager - a position that recognises his experience, skills and general awesome-ness 💹 What Dan doesn't know about our clients and how our contact centre ticks simply isn't worth knowing, but if he thinks he is missing any vital facts he makes it his mission to find out, so he can support the Team Leaders and the wider team. He is passionate about ensuring everyone in the business succeeds, as well as developing his own skills to propel himself and the team forward 🕵 Dan is always fully-in at any OC party, and as the picture shows, this weeks Christmas do at Quasar Laser Tag was no exception, when he donned double gun packs for extra points! What a legend! 🥳

  • Last night was the annual OC festive get together and in fine tradition it didn't disappoint! We started at an age-old Norwich institution - Quasar, for some good old fashioned shoot-em-up silliness! Who knew laser tag could be so much fun! 🔫 Considering how lovely and caring Team OC is, we were quite surprised at the ruthless tactics being used during the games! It's always the quiet ones you have to watch - actual sniper vibes!! 😮 Afterwards we popped next door to the Coachmakers Arms for a few drinks and some entertaining chat. It's so lovely to get everyone together and to say a massive thank you for all their hard work throughout the year 🥰 We are already looking forward to next year's outing!
