🎤 A Standout Keynote from Kate Nicholls OBE Fresh from tackling the immediate challenges of the recent budget, Kate Nicholls, CEO of UKHospitality delivered a truly memorable keynote to Omne Agency clients at our November event. Despite the hurdles the sector is facing, Kate’s message was one of optimism and resilience, reminding us of the incredible scale of hospitality and its unique ability to connect communities like no other industry can. A huge thank you to Kate for sharing her insights and inspiring our clients, all before heading straight back to the House of Commons! We’re grateful for your time and expertise. #HospitalityLeadership #IndustryAdvocacy #FutureOfHospitality #TheNextBigThing #EventHighlights

Brilliant to be back in New York earlier this month. It was a week of client meetings - so not much time for food (!) But was great to coincide with the ANA Business Marketing NYC B2B day at Forbes on Fifth. Really strong content on everything ‘growth’; from new revenue streams through partnerships and alliances to achieving a long-term strategic advantage in a turbulent world. (We arrived in town the evening of the election!) Thanks too to Aharon Shamash, Jason Bogovic, John Ecke of Informa and Ann Hufford of Technomic, Inc. - for getting into the detail with us.

Great to be able to join this event and learn more about the drivers and demands of Gen Z guests and team - and pleased that Anna Massey allowed me to self identify
From inspiring keynotes to dynamic panel discussions, our latest all-client event at The RSA (The royal society for arts, manufactures and commerce) delivered an evening packed with highlights: ✨ Strategy Director Anna Massey unveiled new insights into #GenZ’s away-from-home demands, including a Hierarchy of Needs created in partnership with CGA by NIQ. 🎤 Kate Nicholls OBE, CEO of UKHospitality, delivered a powerful keynote, addressing post-budget challenges and showcasing the vital work of UKH, with practical ways for suppliers to get involved. 💡 A lively panel discussion, featured Peter Martin, Chris Ammermann and Amber Wood, offered invaluable perspectives on the evolving consumer landscape and their thoughts on ‘The Next Big Things’ for hospitality and their businesses. Knowledge-sharing and problem-solving as a client community are at the heart of what we do at Omne Agency. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to an evening of connections, collaboration, and bold ideas for the future. #HospitalityLeadership #GenZInsights #Collaboration #FutureOfHospitality #TheNextBigThing #FoodserviceInnovation #EventHighlights #ClientSuccess

Thanks Peter Martin and, what a line up! Amazing feedback from clients both last night and this morning and the attendance was great as always. Thank you Amber Wood and Chris Ammermann for your candid insights on the panel and to Kate Nicholls OBE whose 'powerhouse' of a keynote landed with real impact. We're grateful Kate could make it - especailly as was she straight back to the House of Commons after. The agency will share more when we've drawn breath!
Great to be out at the Omne Agency 'The Next Big Thing' event at The RSA (The royal society for arts, manufactures and commerce) last night - and sharing a stage with this illustrious bunch, Kate Nicholls OBE, Amber Wood and Chris Ammermann. Plenty to talk about as the market navigates the post-budget, post-US election landscape. Working out what the ‘next big thing’ is going to be is not easy to see at the moment. But it was interesting having an audience mainly from brands on the foodservice supply side - and hearing about their issues. More collaboration is a must. Thanks to Michael Gividen, Chris Davies and Rebecca Lewis-Stanton for the invitation - and to Anna Massey for her fascinating presentation on the heirarchy of needs of Gen Z. Good to know, that despite reports, that young people haven’t actually given up on drinking - just moderating consumption. Just one week to go before our next all-client event, 'The Next Big Thing,' taking place at The RSA (The royal society for arts, manufactures and commerce) and we are thrilled to share our final line-up. The timing couldn’t be more perfect, offering insights and strategies as we navigate the post-budget, post-US election landscape. Our clients will have the exclusive opportunity to hear from Kate Nicholls OBE CEO of UKHospitality, who will provide an in-depth analysis of the current state of the market, highlighting key trends and challenges, as well as opportunities for suppliers to the hospitality industry to get involved and make an impact. Adding their perspectives, our panellists — Shereen Ritchie, Chris Ammermann, and Amber Wood— will share their insights on what they see as the ‘Next Big Things’ for their respective businesses, set against the backdrop of current market headwinds. Additionally, Omne’s new research, created in partnership with CGA by NIQ, will be presented. We will dive into Gen Z’s expectations and behaviours when eating out, captured in the new ‘Gen Z Hierarchy of Needs.’ This framework will offer invaluable perspectives on how operators and the wider market can connect more deeply with the next generation of consumers. We look forward to seeing everyone at what promises to be a revealing and very future-focused event. #Foodservice #b2bevent #UKHospitality #Foodtrends
