OH One began with a blank canvas, launching in early 2020. In just a few years, we’ve weathered a global pandemic 😷, expanded our service offerings and geographical reach 🌍, achieved SEQOHS accreditation ✅, and delivered vital occupational health services to over 7,000 UK-based employees in the last 12 months 👏 These accomplishments also wouldn’t have been possible without our incredible team of skilled and compassionate clinicians 👨⚕️👩⚕️ Like all new businesses, we've faced challenges, but our foundation remains built on passion, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to high-quality service.     Today, our teams from Case-UK OH One - Occupational Health Health 2 Employment and The BUSY Group came together in Merthyr, Wales, both in person and online, for a warm introduction to Paul Miles the Global Managing Director/CEO of The Busy Group. This meeting was a fantastic opportunity for Paul to connect with our directors, senior management team and colleagues, and to align on our shared vision of driving impactful change in occupational health and employment support across the UK. We were also honoured to receive a meaningful gift from Paul – a stunning piece of artwork titled Pathways. This artwork celebrates diverse journeys and opportunities, symbolising The Busy Group’s commitment to helping individuals explore, learn, and grow. Each pathway converges toward empowerment and self-discovery, reflecting the unique paths we support every day. A huge thank you to Paul for his inspiring words and to our senior management team for their continued leadership.   • ADHD affects an estimated 2.6m people in the UK, according to the charity ADHD UK Speaking to HR magazine, Prof. Amanda Kirby MBBS MRCGP PhD FCGI, Chair of the ADHD Foundation charity, said, "The experiences of people with ADHD at work are individual and should be treated as such."
