This holiday season, Oak View Group’s teams across the globe came together with a shared spirit of giving for our second annual OVG Day of Service. From addressing food insecurity by preparing 2,500 meals for children through the Food Bank of the Rockies, to packing 500 bags of fresh produce for the West Side Campaign Against Hunger, our teams made a real difference. We also provided over 300 families with essential holiday meal kits, ensuring support during a critical time of year. 💙 In Philadelphia, team members organized an office food drive for Feeding America and a toy drive for Toys For Tots. 💙 Our Canada office, in Hamilton, championed sustainability by distributing refillable water bottles from "Fill it Forward," combating single-use plastics while raising funds for local charities. 💙 Meanwhile, our London team partnered with Depaul UK to pack 50 care packages with necessities like blankets and sleeping bags for youth facing homelessness.   Here at OVG, giving back is at the heart of everything we do. We’re proud of our teams far and wide for their incredible efforts this season. #OakViewGroup

Fair Park Dallas came alive with holiday cheer as the 26th annual Christmas In The Park event brought smiles to thousands of families in need! 🎁   This cherished tradition offered children a selection of over 13,000 new items, including toys, bicycles, clothes, coats, and shoes. Today, we’re honoring the life of David Bonderman. He was both our friend and partner. David's legacy is one of brilliance at every stage of his remarkable career. His pursuit of knowledge and his passion for music, sports, adventure, and conservation have left a mark on all who had the privilege to know him.    Among his many accomplishments throughout his illustrious career, David led the effort to bring the Seattle Kraken, the NHL’s 32nd franchise, to the city. He also co-led the effort to construct Climate Pledge Arena, the world’s most sustainable arena.   David’s impact will live on forever and he will be deeply missed.    Read more about his life here: https://lnkd.in/gxSXtwHY.

As the semester wraps up, we're reflecting on the final session of our OVG x University of South Carolina College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management Fall 2024 course: Professional Development with Oak View Group. Last week, we hosted the inaugural #OVGHospitality Impact Summit at the Inter&Co Stadium in Orlando, Florida. Our talented chefs went head-to-head during "The Oaks Chef Challenge", curating dishes themed around specific venue types that were tasted and judged by an expert team. From mini beer cheeseburgers to apple pie poutine, the competition was fierce, and the creativity on display was remarkable.      This year’s winner was Chef Jason Klingensmith representing Team Performing Arts Centers, who wowed attendees with their Berkshire Pork Belly with a kale & leek ragout, kumquat chili crunch and local cilantro. Congratulations on an outstanding dish that truly captured the spirit of the competition!    A huge thank you to all the chefs who participated and showcased their culinary talents.     #OakViewGroup #OVGHospitalityImpactSummit #CulinaryExcellence
