    Novum is delighted to have acted as Broker to GenIP (AIM: GNIP) on its oversubscribed AIM IPO fundraise totalling £1.75m by way of an equity placing and subscription. GenIP provides integrated Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) analytic services to help companies, research institutions and venture funds assess and commercialise new discoveries. GenIP combines expert human technical review with GenAI algorithms to provide insightful and verified services. The company intends to use the placing funds partly to launch a comprehensive ecommerce sales and marketing programme.
