Established in 1971 as Northern Ireland’s strategic housing authority, we offer a range of services to people living in socially rented, privately rented and owner occupied accommodation. Our goal is that everyone has access to decent, affordable housing and our task is to work with communities and other organisations, including public bodies, to meet the housing needs of existing and future generations. Today we will outline our Housing Investment Plan to Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council. Last year through the #SupportingPeople Programme we invested £5m to fund 73 Housing Support Services across the area for 1,506 clients. This included £3.75m to continue to fund 60 accommodation-based services to 992 service users, and £1.25m to fund 13 floating support services to 513 service users.
