Breaking CISRS News 🗞️ 1. Changes to Card Pricing and Scaffolder Card Design in 2025 Having not increased card pricing since April 2023, following a recent review into the impact of inflation, the CISRS team has reluctantly decided that the price of CISRS cards will need to increase in 2025. CISRS works hard with all suppliers to the make sure we maintain a good value proposition. We understand that these price adjustments can be challenging, and we have delayed this increase for as long as possible. But this step is necessary to ensure the continued production and distribution of CISRS cards at a sustainable level. Please note that several other cards prices have gone up well in advance of CISRS and we have, with the support of NOCN Group, managed to keep our prices increase to a minimum. The increase in card price will happen in two stages 📆 From 1st January 2025, CISRS cards will cost £36 From 1st April 2025, CISRS cards will cost £38 2. New Scaffolder Card Design Also new in 2025 will be the design of the CISRS Scaffolder card. Following discussion with employers the cards will, for the first time, feature a “First issue” date. This change will come into force from 9th January 2025. This will show the date of the card holders first ever Scaffolder Card and will help provide employers with a quick visual aid to get a sense of an operative’s experience level. #scaffolding #training #news
