Myself and Dan Kastelik had an amazing week participating in the Singular / Flutter International Delivery Workshops! I facilitated sessions focusing on Roles and Responsibilities, generating impactful action points for the organisation's future. The week was packed with engaging and challenging discussions on topics such as agile practices, ways of working, CCM review and enhancements, cross-functional collaboration within Delivery teams, and strategic roadmapping for 2025. The workshops featured insightful conversations, dynamic collaboration, and plenty of fun with icebreakers, surveys, and daily retros to ensure continuous improvement. The hospitality in Skopje was exceptional, and the experience was both enjoyable and incredibly rewarding.
