Cat Chatfield (our NIHR Journals Library Editor-in-Chief) and Kate Sonpal have written a comprehensive inclusive language guide for authors and editors. The guide describes the language the NIHR Journals Library uses, and the language we ask our authors to use, to create and foster inclusive outputs. It is aimed at researchers, authors and editors who are producing work to be published in the NIHR Journals Library. However, it is a useful tool for all those working in the NIHR.
