The Department of Social Welfare and Development in the Philippines initiated a livelihood-transportation model for persons with disabilities. ⭐ Meet Verne, the first autonomous vehicle prototype in Croatia! ⭐ We are so excited to share that Project 3 Mobility changed its name to Verne and that today they revealed their robotaxi prototype! 🎉 🚕 Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic and Zagreb Mayor Tomislav Tomašević were some of the first persons today to sit in Verne. Here are some key points about the vehicle: ⚡ Verne is a vehicle that is completely autonomous, controlled exclusively by software. ⚡ The first vehicle taxi service will be launched in Zagreb in 2026. Later, Verne service will also be available in other European cities (primarily in UK and Germany), and in the Middle East. The company has already signed contracts with 11 cities in the EU, UK and the Middle East, and is negotiating with more than 30 cities around the world. ⚡ The platform on which the autonomous driving system is built is created in partnership with the company Mobileye. ⚡ It is designed as a two-seater, highlighting user experience and designed exclusively under the leadership of Mate Rimac. ⚡ Along with the car, today was also presented a mobile application for ordering a ride, as well as a service management center called "Mothership".
