Successfully restoring systems after a major security breach. ✅ Following a major incident that locked down all of its systems, a private school in Scotland turned to us for assistance in restoring its critical infrastructure. Fortunately, due to our previous work with the school, all of their systems were securely backed up to the cloud with air-gap protection, allowing us to restore operations without any data loss or service disruption. In addition to restoring their systems, we conducted a thorough vulnerability assessment, patching the identified issues to prevent future risks. Moving forward, we continue to leverage cloud backup solutions on-site and have implemented new policies to strengthen the school’s security posture, ensuring a resilient defence against cyber threats. Ensuring a seamless transition to cloud-hosted VOIP. ☁️ Earlier this year, we worked with I & H Brown Ltd to evaluate their existing analogue telephony system and assess readiness for an upgrade to a hosted VOIP solution. A comprehensive on-site survey revealed that the current network infrastructure required modernisation to support the new VOIP capabilities. Based on our findings, we designed and implemented an updated schedule to align their network infrastructure with the technical demands of a cloud-based VOIP system. With these upgrades now in place, I&H Brown is positioned to smoothly transition from analogue telephony to a resilient, fully hosted VOIP solution.
