Sales coaching and mentoring for founders. Get visible, speak to your best clients and sell out your offers. Build steadier income in 60 days

I love to do a bit of weekly wrap up. This week has been a bit of a blur - in a good way 🫣😂 2 x podcast interviews one with the awesome Parul Begum on resilience and one with Claire Hill - incredible women with powerful missions and a strong VIBE!! 💖 1-1 clients and our group session The Living Room (my sales membership) Home school - and understanding my kids new school timetables (5 hour break anyone??! And no he didn’t read or garden 🫣 lol) Aaand it’s Friday!! I had a fabulous meeting with my friend Debbie Waite who invited me along to her networking meeting this morning which rounded off my week nicely! A great meeting with lots of chats and laughs. One thing that stuck out for me this week is this - choosing to be happy, choosing to feel success on your terms is available to you - you’re in charge of your mind, your thoughts, your energy and your responses- always! - keeping on doing stuff despite it feeling challenging or hard or ‘too much’ can be great. What’s more valuable is knowing the difference between the discomfort of learning new things when to actually stop because you’re doing something in your business (or life) that isn’t a match for you and your values. Happy Friday!! Enjoy spring 🌿🌱🌸🌺 It’s officially here 🙌🥳 Ps if you’d like help with sales, how to value and price your services please schedule a free consultation!

Truth be told, I've not been feeling like I want to post a lot on social media recently. (awkward as a business coach who teaches visibility...! 🤣 ) 2024 feels like it's been challenging so far. We decided to home school our two eldest boys (wowzers... the snack levels. I was not prepared) and that has meant some big changes- My time at home is now very much working and being mum - so that's more demands on me and my time (and my husband's) I'm at home more. (this doesn't mean the house is cleaner btw...) And I'm cooking more. 🙈 😋 aaand probably losing my sh*t more too So between serving current 1-1 clients, my group membership clients and working on some partnerships for later this year, I feel 'full up' and it's only February! And the content I'm putting out has gone way down. Instead of getting in a stress and wishing for things to be different ('better' and 'easier') I've had to point my brain back to these thoughts - - I have control over my decisions - Our time is now more our own, we have more flexibility -My kids are happier and doing better -My work supports my life beautifully -I'm empowered to make decisions that are great for our family - My business is resilient, I am resilient If you're a parent and a business owner - home schooling or not! - this shit aint easy. Running a business is not easy. I'm glad of it because I'm learning so much new stuff all the time - what I'm capable of what mindset I need to get to multiple six figures, where I need to change and shift as a leader and entrepreneur. Who can support me in that journey. Running a business forces you to confront the things you don't want to see about yourself. These are the things that once you do see (and accept or grow from hopefully!) you catapult to being able to make more money more easily. Because you grow skills and capabilities you never knew you had. I'm going slower with myself than usual, and taking more rest. I'm trusting the pace and not getting in a tizzy about 'got to do more'. The sense that you 'have to do More' is programming we've been served about how we have to earn worthy-ness by being useful and productive. It covers up a sneaky thought of 'I'm not enough' or 'What I do isn't enough'. We have to unlearn this or we make ourselves ill through stress. Feeling this invisible yet felt pressure to perform, do and achieve an external, imaginary standard of 'good' or 'acceptable'. hmm, no thanks. None of this means I'm less ambitious about my 2024 goals. No effing way. My big vision and my goals stay there - because after 4 years doing this I know wholeheartedly that taking it slower for 2/3 months has no impact on my goals. Because I'm working with my brain, and not fighting against it. So if you're in the same spot (and a couple of my clients have been this month too) then trust it. Take a break. Rest. Allow time off and feel great about it. You'll be fine. And your business will be fine too. 😍

Good read here! As I work with more start ups and founders I’m finding this rings true. It can be a challenge to bet on future potential for a company or start up idea. The most successful new startups create a new market and audience for their product- like AirBnB. As Reid says, they created an oasis in the desert of new tech and startups that never get off the ground. I like Reid Hoffman’s analytical approach here!

Do you feel the fear when you think about public speaking? I do. I did. 🤮 That sensation of feeling you might puke a bit or do a nervous wee at the wrong time. I hid for 10 minutes in the loo before the event. 🤣 Here's the thing about fears and doubts, is that they're not 'actually' real. And - before you pile into me on this one - wait! I know the sensations we experience in our body are very real. The panic that grips your stomach. The physical sensation of embarassment, fear, anxiety. I know they have physical symptoms that we experience. But.. the truth is, our bodies and brains are terrible liars to us. We judge what we should and shouldn't do from what we feel. It's not rational. It is emotional - and that's not a bad thing. If your gut truly is saying 'walk away' from a situation or decision then honour it. But if your gut is saying 'I'm nervous as hell' and you want to run away and hide, then what? When I got to the event I spoke at two weeks ago, did I feel anxious? Yes. Did I feel nauseous? Definitely. Hence the hiding in the loo. 😆 And it was fine. In fact it was great. I forgot myself as soon as I started and focused on the people in the room - who were here to hear something, get something and feel something. So, if you're feeling nervous (let's be honest, actually plain bricking it!) remember that it's never about you. It's about who you're here to help. You have the choice. 1 - Run and hide. Nobody would blame you. 2 - Do the thing. Take a pause and think about the people you love to help - the ones who are struggling. The people who need to hear your story and get your help. I often tell my clients (with a lot of love!) to stop being selfish. 😅 And I'm not being mean. I redirect their brains to focus less on themselves and their feelings and more on their potential customers - and what they need. When you do that, you forget your own stuff. You can show up boldly. Without the doubt and anxiety. You deliver more value. The fears and anxiousness will still linger - probably - but let it. They won't harm you. Visibility and business growth can't happen if you allow doubt and anxiety to rule your day and your decisions. Know they'll be there for the ride. Expect them both. Welcome them in and then go ahead and do the scary stuff. Thanks to Belinda Burton Branding Portrait Photographer for the fab photos of the event. :) P.S if you'd like to chat with me about your business and how to sell more of your packages, book a virtual coffee on my link #visibilitymatters #fearfactor #publicspeaking #publicspeakingtips #storytelling #coachingbusiness

Yay it's FRIDAY!! And this has been what's been going down this week over here at MRG coaching - a packed and fun week over here. This start to 2024 has felt rocket-fueled.. We have welcomed new members to The Living Room - my sales group mentoring programme! I can't wait to help these new members when they join next Wednesday 💃 I've been having collaboration meetings with JV partners for this year and beyond - lots coming this year! And the members of the Living Room have been celebrating some wins - I love to do a little round up to celebrate them, celebrate the progress and remind you to celebrate yourself too! When you notice and write down all your progress, it keeps your mind on your progress - not on 'ahhh, look how far I've got to go still' And - more importantly - the end result is that you do more fun, creative things and it's easier to take actions and make money 💸 A few amazing results this week - 2 of the members of the group hosted webinars, pitched live and got comfortable making offers to more than 1 person at once. This is where you can scale beyond signing a few people to lots at once. They used the skills and coaching in the group to make a pitch and do a powerful call to action - and follow up 😎 Another TLR member was getting booked up with calls from prospects- as a result of all the activity they've put in this month for our January revenue challenge. Momentum builds day by day, week by week! 🔥 And... finally - it's also February - aka the big birthday month for my two youngest boys, so we're cake planning, party arranging and getting the balloons out. Did I say CAKE?!! I am excited 😎 What have you been up to this week? Also, anyone else feeling TFIF.... which is short hand for Thank you know what it's February!? Have a great weekend everyone. And - if you need help growing your business in 2024, please reach out. I teach my clients to make it easier to make more money - by using positioning, great marketing and simple sales processes. If you'd like high accountability, structure and support, book a quick chat witih me. There's a link below. Ask me any questions and see if we're a good fit! Also... using a really old picture.. lol. I don't have hair extensions. Proper pictures on the way soon

Sales coaching and mentoring for founders. Get visible, speak to your best clients and sell out your offers. Build steadier income in 60 days

Here are the ways you and I can team up and help you increase the sales and steadiness in your business. 1) Private sales mentoring and coaching. We work together for a period of 6 months minimum to get you to consistent, higher revenue. Weekly coaching, accountability and deep dive into what you're doing and why - and what needs to be improved. My clients get results within 6 months. And if we work together on it for longer, the results compound and become #unreasonably good! We work on not just the tactical stuff (I like me some tactics) but also your approach, mindset and sales mentality, so you can improve much more quickly than just 'learning' things and trying them out. Who does this work best for? - Business owners who have made £10k at least in their business over a calendar year and want to make £50-£100k in sales this year, scaling up to £200k per year in 3 years and beyond. - Entrepreneurs who would like to sell packages/programmes for at least £500. We work on value, how to price and how to sell effectively to qualified, motivated clients. -Coaches, consultants, tech business owners, founders and big vision thinkers (any industry!) - Sales leaders and managers working in bigger organisations who want to sharpen their own systems, skills, negotiation, approach and mindset and help their teams too. If that's not you - I have a group sales coaching programme called The Living Room. This is a group setting for high level sales mastery, with other founders. This is great for you if - You want high touch coaching but can't go for the price tag of private weekly help - You have big goals, you need accountability and you'd like help and support ongoing to hit higher revenues this year - You are a service based business, or product business - and would like to make at least £20k-£50k this year (maybe more) - You like to network and learn from peers when you work - community is important - You know your services are great, it's just the marketing and selling that you don't love to do - and you find it confusing. If you'd like more information on how to work together, what you can expect, how fast the results can be or any other questions popping into your head, please message me! I have spots for 3 x private clients at the moment and my group membership price is going up tomorrow from £8.33 per month (£100 + VAT for the year of coaching) to £995 + VAT for the year. DM me for info or use the link! x

https://lnkd.in/exQNaXmv Listen here to the best, simplest way to make more sales quicker. No matter the size of your audience (I'm assuming you have more than 5 people though...!) I recorded this as part of the preparation for my free, 3 day webinar series called Sign your next 5 clients - even with a small audience. If you missed it and want the replay, just hit the link below and I'll send you the zoom recordings. This process and episode is simple - and super powerful. Do the things your competitors are not doing. Be specific with who you help - get super familiar with your clients and customers and *ask* them for feedback and what they would like, what you did great, what you didn't do well and how you can get better. Make offers and ask people to engage with your work, giving them something really useful and helpful! I'd love to hear your feedback on this episode - Episode 1 of my 2nd series of podcasts https://lnkd.in/eSdZtWFv

Friday celebrations! A huge shout out to the amazing group inside The Living Room - my weekly sales skills and training coaching programme. We've had some brilliant progress this week as the members of the group are working on a January revenue challenge. 🥁 They've set a deadline on a big money goal they'd love to see this month - and here's what's been happening - One person has been consistently taking actions, going live, doing IG stories, inviting people to sales calls. And it's paying off. There's traction with the audience, people are connecting and those calls are happening. HUGE wins 😍 - Another student has made their first premium sale of private coaching at a much higher price point. So good! - Someone else has been taking steps every single day - getting into action, momentum and keeping up with growing their audience, the number of offers they make to their prospects and it's translated to sales conversations, plus an audience growth beyond anything they've seen before. Nicely done 😎 - Another person has gotten out of their own way (for all us overthinkers out there, you'll relate!) started celebrating each and every single win daily, and is following a simple daily list of sales actions to keep their visibility up. -More sales! One client in the group has made not one but two sales in the space of 2 weeks.. bringing their monthly revenue up to much more than last year. -And someone else has had their highest revenue month ever. 🤩 If you'd like more information about joining the group, or what to do, book a free 15 min coffee chat below and I'll tell you, or you can click the link to buy. PRICES GOING UP NEXT WEEK -so if you'd like to grab the founding members price, book a quick call with me today or use the link. £8.33 per month to £95 per month. The results the group are getting are awesome. What do you get? - High support, high-touch coaching within a small, supportive group of entrepreneurs - Weekly coaching and sales mentoring sessions - one hour a week to keep your accountability up, your mindset on track, and action-taking high - Networking and collaboration with a crew of fellow business owners, who all have big income goals this year and ambitious targets. -Sales skills, in-depth training and mentoring on your growth strategy, mindset plus tactical plan for marketing and sales (without the extra time/effort and overwhelm when you don't know what you should be focusing on week by week) - Laser coaching by me on a 'hotseat' on your biggest challenges and problems Results you can expect - You'll take more action- because you have a plan. More sales conversations, higher conversions and sign clients. You will feel confident raising your prices - and sign up quality, better fit customers. Before you wrote, post, message anything about your business, yourself and your offer, run a ‘does this matter?’ Test. Here’s what I mean Why does this matter to your potential client? Or network? Who does it matter the most to? What is it giving them today? Help with their problem? Something to ponder on? A helpful tool or tip? Some motivation or fun? Is it entertaining? Why are you posting? I like to go back to the basics with content. Useful stuff, done a lot and for a single purpose. We know that social media loves to keep their members on platform, commenting, adding value and generally being an all-round useful member. So… to *win* on socials and get seen, play nice. Be useful, engaging, helpful and value-additive. It’s not super complicated, it’s just in the daily actions that you’ll build up the good stuff. So if you’re ever stuck for something to post, ask three things.. - what do I wish someone had shown me to do when I had this problem (or if you don’t have first hand experience of your customer, go and ask some people what they would have loved to be told or helped with) - what single action could my prospect do now (this minute!) that will get them further along to what they want or need? - what makes them smile … AND .. what makes them boil with frustration? (Go and ask them, or think back to a past great client) -what isn’t true about their (insert industry, experience, received wisdom on a topic) that I can show them.. and what is? -what results do I help my customers get? - what are the three things I do that make it really simple to get that result? And have fun with it 🔥🔥 P.S overthinking is the enemy of action, success and business growth- so go ahead and post it, it then assess later 😜 For more help on marketing and selling in the wilds of the internet, follow me here 🛎️🛎️
