2025 is set to be an exciting year at Gallions Reach Shopping Park, Beckton which is London’s largest shopping park. AfL’s have recently been exchanged with JD Sports Fashion (advised by James Potter) and Matalan (advised by Philip Jemmett). JD will more than double the size of their existing store, having acquired 13,500 sq ft (as shown in the CGI images) whilst Matalan have acquired a unit of 20,500 sq ft, which they’ll extend further by installing a near fully cover mezzanine floor.
