We held our final Moore Ambition session of 2024 this week, bringing together 400 emerging leaders from across our network to meet with our global CEO Anton Colella and Chairman Andrew Armanino. The session focused on two themes: Breaking Barriers and Leading with Integrity. Our attendees heard from Alyssa Kaye of Citrin Cooperman and Kouds BERNOSSI from Moore Bernossi who shared their personal stories and insights on leadership. They stressed the importance of breaking barriers to ensure equal access to leadership opportunities for all. Anton and Andy shared a reminder that leaders are always under observation and often imitated by those around them. They emphasised that effective leaders must maintain their integrity, especially in challenging situations.
