We have been working in partnership with Creative Access to host a work experience programme in our London office. Creative Access is made up of passionate individuals united in the aim to make the creative industries more representative of society. The week was jam-packed with opportunities consisting of the students meeting with industry leaders to exploring music production, distribution, animation and gaming. We welcomed Kevin Koffi and Jayde Allen from Khadys Dream CIC into our London office this month. Khadys Dream is a Community Interest Company (CIC) dedicated to deterring young people from committing crimes through in-depth workshops about the consequences of crime. Kevin and Jayde spoke on how Khadys Dream received a grant from our charity partners Camden Giving. We were grateful to hear the career journeys of both Kevin and Jayde and learn about the crucial work Khadys Dream does for communities in London. The event was a success - the takeaways from the talk were powerful and thought provoking and they educated our employees on the subject.
