  • For me, it’s going for a walk to clear my head. There’s something about getting outside, even if it’s just for a short stroll, that helps untangle my thoughts. Exercise, even when I don’t feel like it, always seems to shift my mindset and make space for fresh ideas to come through. What works best for you when you’re feeling stuck?

  • Usually, this happens when I've just woken up or in the shower. It’s weird, but it seems to help with any mental blocks I’m having! There’s something about those quiet moments when my mind isn’t cluttered by distractions that seem to let ideas flow. Perhaps it’s the combination of relaxation and letting my thoughts wander freely—it’s like my brain finally has space to connect the dots. Has this ever happened to you? Where or when do you find your best ideas strike?

  • Ready for a session at Sanderson High School! In our last session, we had a good discussion about 'Friendship'; everyone enjoyed using the breathing ball and doing some relaxation techniques alongside mindful massage. It's great to see how much the children embrace these well-being activities. 😊

  • Recently I feel like I'm spending too much time glued to my phone. A constant stream of notifications, apps, and endless scrolling can be overwhelming. I saw this fantastic video by The Verge on transforming your smartphone into a “modern dumbphone.” Essentially, it’s about keeping the essential features—like calls, texts, and maps—while cutting out the distractions that drain your time and energy. I've found it's helping me simplify things and get back some focus which definitely reduces stress too! Have you ever tried simplifying your phone? 🔗 Watch the video here: https://lnkd.in/eSfBjijB

  • I’m very ambitious but have to reign that in a bit and realise that slow progress is steady progress. When people want to work with Mind Marvels, they do it for lots of reasons like flexibility and being your own boss, but there’s a passion behind wanting to do something that instantly improves kids’ wellbeing and that helps families and communities too. When it comes to our franchisees, we know who is right (and who is not) for our franchise. An even bigger goal is that we would love to franchise to Australia eventually. I’d love to hear some of your goals for the year ahead!

  • It's the best feeling knowing we are making a difference so thank you to Rochsolloch Primary School and Victoria Primary School for this amazing feedback! 💭"When I come into Mind Marvels I'm happy and excited." 💭''I'm excited and happy to come to Mind Marvels. I feel calm when I'm here and sad when I have to leave, but I'm still calm.'' 💭"I like the massage, squishy brain, breathing ball and emotion stars. I like to try and remember what affirmation card we had each week. I really like the calming music and learning calming strategies, I really like it all." #MindMarvels
