📣 More opportunities for mediators coming down the tracks....
This month the Injuries Resolution Board's (formerly PIAB) mediation service was further extended to cover public liability injury claims. This is in addition to employer liability claims which have already seen 40% of claimants opting for mediation. The Minister has already indicated that injuries arising from motor accidents will be included in the scheme from later this year. That development will likely see an increased need for mediators, given the large percentage of injury claims that arise from car accidents. To be ready for this opportunity, sign up quickly for one of the remaining slots on our accredited mediation training summer school beginning on 27th June in Dublin before they are gone.
