A huge thank you to Elle Cochrane for teaching us various breath work techniques at our health and wellbeing lunch and learn. Did you know that after a stressful presentation or talk, you should spend sometime in the evening doing breathing exercises to restore the levels of Nitric Oxide in your blood? We do now! Suffice to say we all felt very relaxed after yesterday's session.
