Our Cheshire Oaks team warmly welcomed GAIL's to the centre, marking its first location in McArthurGlen’s portfolio, and its first ever in an outlet destination. The new neighbourhood business bakery raises the centre’s F&B offering, where guests can enjoy handmade and freshly baked offerings that range from bread, pastries and cakes to breakfasts and lunches prepared with care, according to the season. The bakery also serves carefully sourced house blend specialty coffee and drinks, available for everyone who step inside for a food fix. Today, we proudly shared with colleagues an exclusive video as part of our Black History celebrations, featuring educator and civil rights activist, Dr Mary Frances Early.    In a powerful message, Mary Frances generously shared her insight and reflections as the first African American to have graduated from the University of Georgia. As a black student in a segregated community during the civil rights movement, Mary Frances explained how her experiences led to a life in education and her support of black communities in reclaiming their own narratives. We would like to thank our colleague Tamala Clark-Einzinger, Guest Experience Advisor, Salzburg, Black History Project Group member and third cousin of Mary Frances; her family; and the University of Georgia; for kindly facilitating this recording. We extend our sincere and humble gratitude to Mary Frances, whose legacy extends far beyond any lifetime.
