Providing quality affordable homes for the diverse and vibrant communities of Bradford and Keighley
About us
Manningham Housing Association started in 1986, so have been in existence for over 37 years. Established to meet the housing needs of south Asian families whose needs were not being met in the private sector. Whilst we are predominantly for the South Asian community, we are proud to house people from any heritage. We have 1410 homes majority of which are larger family homes based in the Bradford and Keighley areas. We are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing which is a government body to oversee the effective and efficient running of social housing providers. In January 2020 we were graded a G1 for Governance and G1 for Viability which are top grades achievable. The G1 V1 grade was reconfirmed in 2023.

As part of our commitment to giving back to the community and enhancing our rewards and benefits for staff, we developed new initiatives, and one of them empowers our staff to select a Charity of the Year, where MHA will support fundraising efforts and match the funds raised. This year, we’re proud to be supporting Forget Me Not Children's Hospice, an incredible charity that provides vital care and support to children with life-shortening conditions and their families. Through our collective efforts, we can help bring comfort, joy, and lasting memories to those facing incredibly difficult times. This week, our amazing staff got the ball rolling by dressing down and donning £££ to fundraise for this meaningful cause. 🎁 A huge thank you to everyone who's participating—you’re helping to spread kindness and hope this season! But the fun doesn’t stop here! We’ve got more events and activities in the pipeline to keep the fundraising momentum going. Stay tuned for updates and opportunities to get involved—together, we can make a real difference. Let’s keep the festive cheer alive, show our generosity, and support this wonderful cause as one team!
