Working with leaders, managers and many organisations this year to help shape happy, healthy, more human workplaces I've learned a lot about people and culture! Here are my top 10 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 in a handy 1-pager: 1. You can shape great culture 2. Great culture is shaped intentionally 3. Small habits make a big difference 4. Start at a pivot moment 5.
