Black holes might be responsible for creating dark energy, potentially transforming our understanding of the universe's expansion. Why is this theory significant? Dark energy is thought to make up about 70% of the universe, driving its accelerating expansion, yet its origins remain a mystery. Recent research suggests that black holes could be the source of dark energy, linking their growth over time with the increasing density of dark energy in the cosmos. What’s next? To verify this connection, astronomers will conduct further observations using advanced instruments like the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (DESI). If confirmed, this could help resolve longstanding puzzles in cosmology—such as the Hubble tension—and position black holes as key players in driving the universe's expansion. Read more and share your thoughts below. #blackholes #space #spaceexploration

Luneus attended the Space Tech Expo Europe last week in Bremen! Last week Adam Stockley and Kirsty Williams were in (very cold!) Bremen for the Space Tech Expo Europe event. As always, it was a great and well organised event so a big thanks to Space Tech Expo Europe for another successful show. Attending industry events is always a great chance to get a general feel within the industry and to connect with the right people. The team had a very successful show with lots of great meetings and talks, and making full use of their matchmaking meetings. We are now reviewing our calendar for 2025 to identify other shows where we can connect with companies in the Space Industry and help them grow their teams #SpaceTechExpoEurope #Events #Space
