For nearly 30 years, Kausar has cared for them through challenging, even frightening, times. Great webinar from PSE & DMA (Data & Marketing Association) UK this morning 👌 Key advice from panellists to those thinking about investing in direct mail campaigns: Michele Masnaghetti | Epsilon Abacus | If planning from the beginning, test incrementally and plan, plan plan! There are ways to activate the audience, digitally, too - a nice way to bring the channels together. Charlotte Lovell | HelloFresh | Get to know your audience and targeting is the most important thing because you need to go into a campaign with either: - an idea of who your ideal customer is - knowing their attributes, from a lifetime value perspective Rob Newton | PSE | Take more time over it. Direct mail will take a bit longer than other channels, and the results will take a bit longer but the results are worthwhile.
