  • We The Children has seen some major wins this past year.  They've earned a Webby nomination, 2 W3 Gold Awards, and 3 Anthem Awards. But their impact goes way beyond podcasting. By transforming episodes into multimedia experiences with Teacher Toolkits, they’ve created a resource that’s resonating with educators, parents, and kids alike. We're thrilled to have been a part of their journey and helped them make all this possible. Read the full case study here: https://lnkd.in/dMmDJxVn

  • Now That’s What I Call Podcasts! Our favorite annual album is back, in podcast form. To help you through the holiday season (better known as the annual podcast drought), the Lower Street team has created a massive series of podcast playlists on Spotify. We’re bringing you just over 312 hours of content. Which… happens to be just enough to listen to a podcast every minute, of every day, from December 20th to January 1st. (Unfortunately, it is in Spotify Wrapped deadzone, meaning you still won’t catch up to our very own Andrew Ganem’s 92,106 minutes of podcast listening in 2024.) Check it out, and start listening to Disk One here: https://lnkd.in/dU-3GM5W

  • To get your B2B podcast the attention it deserves, you need to get creative.  Truly: B2B podcasts don't all have to follow the same formula! Christine Dela Rosa of Atlassian, Brent Simoneaux, PhD of Red Hat, and Debra Caron of Early Warning® are coming together to show you How To Think Outside The Box in B2B Podcasting.  Take it from the experts -  Early Warning broke out of the traditional format and looked into True Crime for B2B podcasts. Red Hat is known for their great work on Command Line Heroes, a storytelling podcast that places developers, hackers, and coders in the spotlight. And if you haven’t already caught it,  Atlassian switched gears on Teamistry with the season dedicating to Marking an Impossible Airplane: The Untold Story of the Concorde. Join them at the Brand Podcast Summit and get ready to transform your own brand podcast. Registration is free. Sign up today: https://lnkd.in/dWtgnA84

Podcasts could be just be the solution for many Universities. In academia, so much is about mentoring students and providing narratives for them to follow or aspire to. A podcast can share those narratives. Podcasting can be a way to reach bright minds, to form community, and even share research well beyond the confines of a campus. For our December Office Hours, Shannon Young of Seattle University's Roundglass India Center is joining us to share their experience in higher education podcasting. Earlier this year the Roundglass India Center launched Desi Routes & Roots as a way of sharing the stories of trailblazing Indian Americans. Register for free at the link in event.
