🎉 Celebrating 24 Years of Logic - Built on Passion and Customer Service 🎉 24 years ago, Andy McPartland and his brother set out to do things differently. Coming from an M&E background, they saw a gap in the fire alarm market—a need for a company that prioritised what the customer wanted, rather than forcing customers to fit into rigid processes. At the time, the market was dominated by companies that were hard to deal with, often creating more problems than solutions. He believed there was a better way, and with little funding but big ambitions, he founded Logic Fire and Security alongside his brother. From the start, they focused on exceptional customer service. Their passion for this was, and remains, the driving force behind everything they do. Early on, they secured great contracts—working on new stores for Starbucks, Caffè Nero, and even IKEA. And here’s the amazing part: they are still IKEA’s go-to company today, 24 years later. Fast forward to now, and as part of Compliance Group, they have grown to 35 engineers and over 30 office staff, all united by a single purpose: to provide the best service possible to customers. Their journey is proof that when you put the customer first, you build lasting relationships and a thriving business.
