Limitless Futures is a community interest company set up to support families in Suffolk and surrounding counties with children who have:
1. special education needs (SEN)
2. or a disability or,
3. living with social emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges or,
4. experiencing barriers to education.
It is well documented that these families often experience challenges that limit the potential of their children and lead to a detrimental effect on well-being, confidence, social connection or sense of purpose. Limitless Futures offers evidence-based therapy, wellbeing and educational interventions to reduce barriers for young people and their extended families and support them to realise their potential.
Limitless Futures currently has 3 areas of focus:
1) Limitless Families - supports parents, carers and extended family on their life journeys through evidence-based positive psychology interventions, to enhance family well-being through the development of self-care strategies.
2) Limitless Mentoring - supports young people (aged 8 – 14) with anxiety (which may be related to neurodivergence, learning differences or trauma) who are struggling to, or are unable to access school settings. In particular, those who are often overlooked when dysregulated – as they become withdrawn or ‘mask’ and ‘people-please’ as a result of their in-built survival mechanism.
We run (one-to-one and small group) evidence-based positive psychology interventions, coaching and mentoring programmes designed to increase confidence, reducing barriers to learning and social activities.
3) Limitless Therapy
To provide specialist paediatric physio and occupational therapy that goes beyond traditional physical therapies, which often place limits on the potential progression of children and young people. Instead, we deliver motivating, bespoke physical therapy giving hope and possibility to young people with SEN, neuro-developmental conditions or sensorimotor movement disorders.
